This is a presentation of an innovative scientific project by Attorney Danilo Riponti, Vice President of MARVE and coordinator of the Hydronomics working group. The group consists of himself, Professor Giacomo Morreale of CREA, and Professor Francesco Valentino and Professor Marco Gottardo from Ca’ Foscari University, Department of Environmental Sciences, Informatics, and Statistics.
