Please note that it is preferable, but not mandatory, to enter the time slot indicated on the ticket. Finally, we specify that the time slot is indicative only of the entrance and not of the time spent inside the exhibition venue.
Yes, you can independently update the ticket holder’s name through our website by following these steps:
From the menu in the top right corner, select “MY TICKETS.” Your ticket details will then be displayed.
If they do not appear automatically, enter the FISCAL SEAL (the 16-character alphanumeric code found on the right side of the ticket, above the issue date) and click “SEARCH.”
Click on “CHANGE PARTICIPANT.”
Update the details as required and click “CONFIRM.”
Click “CONFIRM” once more to finalize the change; the new participant will receive their ticket at the email address provided.
Please note that the ticket is valid for a single entry, you can not leave and return from the Boat Show.
There is no refund for personal needs of the customer.

It is not necessary; you can simply present your ticket on your smartphone or tablet. Help the environment: save your ticket as a PDF on your mobile device or, if you prefer, print it on recycled paper.
