Tickets can be purchased online on the website salonenautico.venezia.it and also onsite at the VeneziaUnica sales points and at the Arsenale ticket offices.
Please note that free tickets for the eligible categories can only be withdrawn at the ticket offices at the entrance of the Boat Show.
Payment can only be made by credit/debit card.

Yes, it is possible to request an invoice by sending your request to [email protected] no later than 12 days from the date of purchase.

If you cannot find your ticket in your email, you can retrieve it by accessing the reserved area using the “recover/view purchases and reservations” function.
Please note that the entrance ticket is in digital format: therefore, it is not necessary to have the paper ticket. Simply present the QR code from your smartphone or tablet directly at the entrance.
Time changes are not possible.
Please note that it is preferable, but not mandatory, to enter the time slot indicated on the ticket. Finally, we specify that the time slot is indicative only of the entrance and not of the time spent inside the exhibition venue.
Yes, you can independently update the ticket holder’s name through our website by following these steps:
From the menu in the top right corner, select “MY TICKETS.” Your ticket details will then be displayed.
If they do not appear automatically, enter the FISCAL SEAL (the 16-character alphanumeric code found on the right side of the ticket, above the issue date) and click “SEARCH.”
Click on “CHANGE PARTICIPANT.”
Update the details as required and click “CONFIRM.”
Click “CONFIRM” once more to finalize the change; the new participant will receive their ticket at the email address provided.
Please note that the ticket is valid for a single entry, you can not leave and return from the Boat Show.
There is no refund for personal needs of the customer.
In the event that the exhibition is cancelled or postponed due to force majeure, please visit the website salonenautico.venezia.it for information regarding potential refunds or rescheduling procedures.
It is not necessary; you can simply present your ticket on your smartphone or tablet. Help the environment: save your ticket as a PDF on your mobile device or, if you prefer, print it on recycled paper.
No cloakroom service is available.
No, for the duration of the 2026 Boat Show (from May 27th to 31st), visitors to the event are exempt from the fee. If requested by authorized personnel, visitors must present their named ticket for the Boat Show. All information is available at https://cda.ve.it/en
