First hydromedical SUEM 118 unit presentation

Presentation of the first hydromedical unit that joins the SUEM 118 fleet.

Hydromedical means boats for fast rescue and dedicated to stabilizing the patient with the presence of a doctor.
The vessel improves intervention times, allows emergency room doctors to go out only on actual red codes, increase in the SUEM 118 fleet, will be equipped with electromedical equipment, lifepak (defibrillator monitor), lucas (automatic cardiac massager), AED, emergency backpack and pediatric emergency backpack, secretion aspirator.
The crew will be made up of a pilot, nurse and doctor.
The vessel is built in wood (marine plywood) and with an innovative line to minimize wave motion during emergency navigation. The choice of the wooden hull is for a return to the origins of Venetian shipbuilding and for better navigability within the historic center of Venice making driving more comfortable for pilots and crew (ergonomic and cushioned seats) its smaller size compared to the Hydro ambulances makes it more maneuverable.

The innovation of the hull/hull line and the cabin built in carbon fiber make it light and at the same time modern and very resistant at the same time functional and fast given the 200 horsepower engine.
