Conference: “Actions to Improve Biodiversity and Environmental Quality”

Meeting organized by the Comitato Risorse Vitali (Vital Resources Committee)

The event brings together local associations and Ca’ Foscari University of Venice to address key issues related to: lagoon navigation, traditional lagoon boats, wave motion, fish and aquatic fauna, lagoon life, fishing valleys, agriculture, the promotion of lagoon culture, sustainable hunting and fishing practices, the management and invasiveness of alien species, as well as the risks and opportunities associated with them. The meeting will also focus on environmental protection, enhancement, and the importance of ecological knowledge in preserving lagoon culture.
