Enter the FISCAL SEAL of the ticket (it is the alphanumeric code of 16 consecutive characters shown on the right side of the ticket, above the date of issue) and click on “SEARCH”.
Details of the purchased ticket will appear.
Proceed by clicking on “CHANGE PARTICIPANT”.
Modify the data as needed and click on “CONFIRM”.
Click “CONFIRM” again to reconfirm the new participant who will receive the ticket at the relevant email.

No, for the days of the 2025 Venice Boat Show, from May 29th to June 2nd, visitors to the Boat Show are exempt from payment. Holders of an entry ticket for the Venice Boat Show are exempt from paying the City of Venice Access Fee. If requested by the staff, visitors must show their nominal entry ticket for the Boat Show.
