Useful Information for Purchasing Tickets - FAQ

  • Dove posso acquistare il biglietto?

Tickets can be purchased online on the website salonenautico.venezia.it from Friday, March 29, 2024.

Please note that free tickets for the eligible categories can only be withdrawn at the ticket offices at the entrance of the Boat Show.

 

  • How much does the ticket cost?

ONLINE PROMOTION

Full € 20,00

Reduced price: (13/17 years, over 65) € 14,00

Family [2 adults and at least 2 children 13-17 years, max 6 people] € 15,00 per person

RATES ON SITE

Full € 22,00

Reduced [13/17 years, over 65] € 16,00

Family [2 adults and at least 2 children 13-17 years, max 6 people] € 15,00 per person

RATES RESIDENTS OF VENICE

Full € 12,00

Reduced € 10,00

  • Who is entitled to free access?

Children up to 12 years (if accompanied) and people with 100% certified disability (admission recommended by Bacini / Arsenale Nord for people with reduced mobility).
The accompanying person of the disabled person is entitled to purchase a reduced fare ticket (subject to favourable conditions offered by the rates in force).

 

  • I lost my ticket, what should I do?

If you do not find your ticket in the email, you can retrieve it by accessing the reserved area using the function “recover/ view purchases and reservations”.
Remember that the entrance ticket is presented in digital format: so it is not necessary to be in possession of the paper ticket. Simply display the QR code from your smartphone or tablet directly on access.

 

  • Can I change the date after purchasing the ticket?

There is no change of date for personal needs of the customer.

 

  • Can I change the time after buying the ticket?

Time changes are not possible.
Please note that it is preferable, but not mandatory, to enter the time slot indicated on the ticket. Finally, we specify that the time slot is indicative only of the entrance and not of the time spent inside the exhibition venue.

 

  • How can I change the name?

You can proceed independently through the site with a “name change” following these indications:

Choose “MY TICKETS” from the other menu on the right.

Enter the FISCAL SEAL of the ticket (it is the alphanumeric code of 16 consecutive characters shown on the right side of the ticket, above the date of issue) and click on “SEARCH”.

Details of the purchased ticket will appear.

Proceed by clicking on “CHANGE PARTICIPANT”.

Modify the data as needed and click on “CONFIRM”.

Click “CONFIRM” again to reconfirm the new participant who will receive the ticket at the relevant email.

  • Can I return with the same ticket on the same day?

Please note that the ticket is valid for a single entry, you can not leave and return from the Salon.

 

  • I have a commitment and I can no longer come to the Boat Show, can I ask for a refund?

There is no refund for personal needs of the customer.

 

  • The event was cancelled/postponed, what should I do?

In the event of an event cancelled or postponed due to force majeure, please consult the website salonenautico.venezia.it for any refund or recovery.
