If you cannot find it among your e-mails, you can retrieve it by accessing the reserved area using the ‘retrieve/display purchases and reservations’ function.
If you did not generate the pass yourself, please ask your reference person: they will be able to retrieve it from their inbox or from the system using the ‘retrieve/display purchases and reservations’ function.
Remember: the admission pass is in digital mode, so you do not need to be in possession of the paper version. You can show the QR code from your smartphone directly at the entrance.
Log in with your credentials – making sure your personal details are complete with company name – and enter the user’s name when the system prompts you to do so.

From the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner, select ‘MY TICKETS’;
The details of the generated pass(es) will appear;
If they do not appear automatically, enter the FISCAL SEAL (the 16-character alphanumeric code on the right-hand side, above the date of issue) and click on ‘SEARCH’;
Proceed by selecting ‘CHANGE PARTICIPANT’;
Modify the data as required and click on “CONFIRM”;
Click ‘CONFIRM’ again to reconfirm the new participant, who will receive the access title to the email associated with him/her
